WHO'S WHO

ARIC CALABRESE (Ida) - is back on the PSC stage, having appeared in, SHERWOOD; THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD, NEVERLAND CHRISTMAS, MRS. BOB CRATCHIT’S WILD CHRISTMAS BINGE, THE THREE MUSKETEERS, ANY BODY HOME?, A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE, LADY PARTS, FARCE OF NATURE, THREE MURDERS AND IT’S ONLY MONDAY, and MACBETH. He has also done makeup for THREE MURDERS AND IT’S ONLY MONDAY and MACBETH. Other stage credits include GODSPELL, WE WILL ROCK YOU and ELF THE MUSICAL with Landmark Community Theater. Aric would like to thank his incomparable husband, without whom he would never be able to do anything (at least not on time), his radiant and supportive mother who helped feed him all his life (but specifically during rehearsals for this show), to the rest of the cast and crew, and to you, the audience, without whom we would not be here. LELAND M. SCHICK (Dewey, Stanley, Shirley, Bartender, Emcee) is a Phoenix Stage Company veteran, having appeared in numerous productions on our stage, including: FOOLS (Mishkin) SPELLING BEE (Barfee) REBEL YELLS (Paddy), A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE (Rasher Flynn), THREE MURDERS AND IT’S ONLY MONDAY (Dr. Morrisey), DEATH BY FATAL MURDER (Thomkins), DEATH AND TAXES (Carl) and FARCE OF NATURE (Carmine). 

MICHAEL CASSIDY (Asst. Stage Manager, Jaime) Stage credits: SHERWOOD; THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD (Little John) FOUR WEDDINGS AND AN ELVIS (Fist),  ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST (Chief), REBEL YELLS (Sgt. Gaines), THE  THREE MUSKETEERS (Rochfert) and several One Act Plays. When not on stage, Michael can often be found backstage as Deck Captain. A performer and fight director, He has several backstage crew credits, including THE OCTETTE BRIDGE CLUB and FOOLS. Michael has worked with CTRF, MFRF and SCRF. Credits include ROMEO & JULIET with Oxford High School and MACBETH with Footlight Theater Company. Thank you to Mom & Dad for encouraging my creativity and for never trying to stifle my imagination. To my daughters Samantha and Emily and my granddaughters Baileigh and Ryleigh, keep being the lights and loves of my life.

KRISTIN MORESI (Veronica Clairmont) returns to the Phoenix Stage after appearing in SHERWOOD; THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD (Deorwynn), FOUR WEDDINGS AND AN ELVIS (Bev), MOON OVER BUFFALO (Roz), ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST (Nurse Flinn) and CLIFFHANGER (Edith. Other stage credits include; THE UNEXPECTED GUEST (Laura Warwick) with the Warner Stage Company and ALMOST, MAINE (Glory & Marci) with Goshen Players.

LORI RICHNAVSKY (Maid, Laura Lynn McAllister, Hobo & Bar Patron) returns to the Phoenix Stage after debuting in KILL ME, DEADLY in 2013!  Lori has crewed many shows here at PSC, including THE DINING ROOM and THE COVER OF LIFE. After this awful year and a half, I am SO happy to be back at PSC with family and friends! I am also so proud of my son Rob! It’s so fun being on stage with him!

LAURA STURGES-CORTEZ (Mona Livingston) most recently appeared in SHERWOOD; THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD. Stage credits include; FOUR WEDDINGS AND AN ELVIS, FOOLS, JEKYLL & HYDE, THE THREE MUSKETEERS, FEMALE TRANSPORT, MOON OVER BUFFALO AND ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST with Phoenix Stage Company after a long absence from theater. Thank you to Phoenix Stage Company for the opportunity to come back to the stage; it’s been wonderful! And thank you, audience! Without you we would be nothing, you mean so much us. BRIAN ELSER (Clive Clairmont) is a Phoenix regular (although he’s usually working in the dark backstage or in the booth) Stage credits include SHERWOOD; THE ADVENTIURES OF ROBIN HOOD, FIREFLIES, FOUR WEDDINGS AND AN ELVIS, MOON OVER BUFFALO, SPELLING BEE, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST, MRS. BOB CRATCHIT’S WILD CHRISTMAS BINGE, ANYBODY HOME, A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE, JACOB MARLEY’S CHRISTMAS CAROL, DRINKING HABITS, TWELFTH NIGHT and in several plays as part of our Annual One Act Play Festivals and the premiere of Murder At The Prop Table. TIM PHILLIPS (Louie, Jonesy, Hobo #3) - Hard to believe this is two Phoenix shows in a row for Tim, last seen as Father Chenille in “Drinking Habits II”. Of course, that was 18 months ago... Tim has appeared on stage and backstage in over two dozen Phoenix productions. Favorite roles include Henry Lowenthal in CLIFFHANGER; Dr. Benjamin Franklin in 1776, and Man in Chair in THE DROWSY CHAPERONE. During the pandemic, Tim co-hosted the live podcast, “Take Flight Live with Phoenix Stage Company” with Ed Bassett. Tim dedicates this production to his uber-talented cast and crew and to you, the audience. Congratulations - we made it!

ROB RICHNAVSKY (Charlie Nichols / Fight Chorepgrapher) returns to the PSC stage af¬ter appearing in SHERWOOD; THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD, EVERY CHRISTMAS STORY EVER TOLD, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST, REBEL YELLS, THE THREE MUSKETEERS, COPS, SECONDARY CAUSE OF DEATH, KILL ME DEADLY, ARSENIC AND OLD LACE, WRITER’S CRAMP; OR HOW WILL SHAKE¬SPEARE GOT INTO SHOW BIZ, FUDDY MEERS, MURDERED TO DEATH, THE UNDERPANTS … and more. Rob is an accomplished fight choreographer and has worked with several local schools and theaters. Rob would like to thank avocados for being so tasty and his wife for being incredibly witty, fun, smart, and beautiful.

MICHAEL P.M. CALABRESE (Stage Manager) is excited to return the Phoenix Stage
Company! Some of his prior shows include SHERWOOD; THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD, FEMALE TRANSPORT, JACOB MARLEY’S XMAS CAROL, COVER OF LIFE, and DEATH BY FATAL MURDER. He has stage managed
several large shows with Landmark Community Theater, including GODSPELL, TWO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, THE GREAT AMERICAN
TRAILER PARK MUSICAL and ELF THE MUSICAL. Michael is excited to be involved again in live theater after the last year of uncertainty. He spent the last year helping PSC with their live weekly video podcast but is excited to be back to the place he is most comfortable…stage-managing. Thank you to my amazing husband, Aric, for being amazingly talented, amazingly handsome, amazingly witty and for keeping me grounded. Thank you to Jeanne Martin for keeping me fed during all our
rehearsals and thank you to the audience for returning to live theater.
